Our year begins on the first Monday after Labor Day and continues until the middle of May.

Rehearsals are Mondays from 7:30 to 9:30 PM and are held at:

Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church

158 South 168th Street, Burien, WA 98148

Regular rehearsals are on hold due to Covid-19. Please email us to learn about options for playing in small groups.

Dues are $100 for the entire season (September to May), or $50 for the combined Fall and Holiday series (Sept-Dec), and $50 for the combined Winter and Spring series (Jan-May).

Dues help pay for the rent on our rehearsal space, the salary for our music director, and other expenses incurred to meet our mission of bringing live performances to the musically underserved.

We do not require auditions. Musicians who have not played for some time are encouraged to return to their instruments and lend their talents to the group. We strive to provide a fun, non-competitive, and improvement-oriented experience.

Openings will be posted at the top of this page and updated as seats become available or we need more instruments.

Musical Qualifications: Musicians young and old are welcome! In addition to having your own instrument, you should be able to:

  • Read music for your instrument
  • Play at a high school level or above
  • Be willing to commit to the rehearsal and concert schedules
  • Be able to get to and from rehearsals and concerts

Wondering if your level of playing will fit with the group? You are welcome to come play with us for a rehearsal, or just listen, before joining.
